Direct Contact Number - Technical Support

Hello,

Can someone please tell me the direct number to tech support?

When I dial the number ending 1111 I just go around in circles (just keeps telling me I need pay my bill, which IS NOT overdue and has been paid), I've also been on hold with Online Chat now for over 1hr, it's an absolute joke.

I just want to speak to someone.

My Virgin box has died, will not reboot and gets stuck in a loop, its also making a terrible whirring noise!

Yes, the problem has now been fixed. My V6 Box Hard Drive had died. Engineer has already visited and replaced box. Thank You.
