DVR serious problem message

Hi

This green screen message has been on for 24 hours. I see from all the replies here that a replacement box would be required. 

If any one from the forum team could contact me to arrange an appointment, I would be very grateful. Have been trying to phone 150 but can’t get through.

Thank you japitts. After a 30 minute call , have got an engineer appointment for Thursday.

Not sure whether this is because of wait times or problems with the IVR, but incase of the latter - "I have a fault with my TV Service", then press nothing else just wait. Ignore the prompts to get a link, go self-service etc etc
