DVR Serious Issue

 my tv is displaying the green screen with DVR serious issue message on it. Can anyone help please?

Your box's hard drive has failed and you will need a replacement box.

The quickest way is to call TV Faults - 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
