Hi,
You will need a new STB due to this issue, the call lines are very busy and you may struggle to get through. send me a private message with your account number on and I can get a new STB sent out to you.
If the faulty box is your main box and you have a 2nd STB in another room this can be moved in to the room to allow you to watch TV while you wait for the new one to arrive.
