Hi guys 

I have a constant crackling noise coming from my v6 box, I’ve tried all the suggestions on this forum! Does anyone have any other ideas ?

I think you need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone to report a fault, or wait for a forum team member to pick this up which maybe a couple of days.

Do you mean the sound output is crackling? Or the box is physically crackling?

The latter sounds potentially like a fire risk to me.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with a crackling sound. 

As mentioned by japitts, we do need to determine if you mean the sound on your TV coming from the V6 or whether the sound is actually from the box itself. If the latter, we will need to book an engineer to come out and check things.
