A warm welcome to our Community Forum PeterRoach and sorry to hear about the error code you've been getting on your TiVo. I've been unable to check it's details fully as it's currently offline but can see that you've spoken to an agent about it since you last posted. Are you still experiencing issues with it? Hi Lisa,

Yes, still experiencing the same problem when watching programmes on demand. I was promised someone would respond within 5 days after speaking with the agent but have heard nothing yet.

Can you please advise me if Virgin Media supply with a broadband connection?

 

If you use a 3rd party supplier, have you been able to speak to them regarding this issue? Do you have broadband or On Demand issues with any other devices? 

 

On Demand services would require a stable broadband connection
