Hi I need to contact Virgin Media. I’ve tried phoning customer services several times but been on hold for over an hour each time. Can someone give me an email address please? I need a replacement V6 box. Thank you.

With Covid the call centre side of things has slowed down a bit. I tried the online chat on one of the their pages when you log into your virgin media account. That was a bit quicker.

There is a live messenger chat option on this page if you scroll down and click on the Message Us box contactus/experiencing-an-issue
