Contact virgin media

Hi my TV V6 box keeps rebooting itself. Freezing and generally frustrating my family. I have tried calling virgin several times, but after several attempts yesterday, now looking at alternatives. Paying for a service we cannot use is hard to justify.

Any ideas how I get help and ultimately a resolution? A box that works?

I will try calling again tomorrow but I am losing confidence that I will succeed.

P.s. love the broadband so it would be sad to switch to another service...

I've never had issues calling VM if you ignore the put off messages

Hi Keithdoward,

Sorry to see you are having issues with your V6.  It's always best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

You could also try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days
