I have had an ongoing complaint with service issues and incorrect billing for a while now. After several unhelpful telephone conversations and sent emails, including to the "executive enquiries", I have had still no response from VM. I am now at the end of my tether and even thinking of switching to a different provider, as I feel that VM are totally ignoring my complaint or just don't care. Does anyone know how I can escalate my complaint to a more senior person for a direct response? Thanks.
