sry for late reply... It all came back on as scheduled... but then went down again that evening so we called it an early night... It was ok by the morning and has been since.
Out of interest.. when we lose virtually a whole day or most of.. of services does Virgin automatically credit our account or is it something we have to complain about each and every time? Not fair to pay for a service you're not getting after all dont you think?
