Channels

Hi , I have installed virgin v6 box this week , everything is ok but half my channels that should be in my package are missing, I have the mix it  package  ? I can’t speak to anyone , can anyone please help ?

Hi, if you go to HOME > Help and Settings > Help > press up and go across to TV Care then down to Missing Channels. Follow the steps and hopefully will get the channels back for you

Hi , when I go to help settings , then help it’s says the app is unavailable ? A01? Call from an unknown number ?
