I keep getting a S102 message with channels missing and being told to call up, after 5 months of not being able to get anyone on the phone can anyone help!!😪
I'm sorry you are having issues. It's showing that error because the box needs activating. virgin-tv-error-codes/s102
You need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the box. You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.
