Often channels that are part of my package (Maxit TV) come up as not authorised. For example, currently Sky 1, Sky Arts, 4HD and Sky Golf are showing as not authorised. These are all channels that are part of my TV package and I can usually access. This regularly happens, particularly in the evenings.

Sometimes rebooting your box can resolve this, otherwise it may be indicative of a fault. You can also try using the "channel refresh" help section under Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > "I'm missing some channels"
If this all fails I'd follow the advice in the message and contact Virgin. 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
