i wasnt in the house for just over a month. My parents seem to have watched tv without any wifi connection. All the channels are unauthorised, as the msg on the screen says. It also says to contact 150. Tried and came up with no solution, as the system doesnt have an option for this problem and you dont really get to speak to a human.
If the box hasn't had an internet connection for an extended period, then a box deactivation could be the outcome.
As the message says, you need to call 150. I'd follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service", don't take any of the options for going online, self-service or similar- you will need to speak to an agent.
