Channel guide issue

I am only seeing the epg for the Sky channels and the rest are just showing as To be Announced.

I have turned off the box and let it reboot and still the same issue where the Sky channels populate but the others don’t .

Any fix that anyone knows for this apart from moving to Sky?

Home>Help & Settings>Settings>Network>Connect to the Virgin Media Service now>

This will take about 3 minutes to run & should restore the data. If it doesn't there is a network fault or a problem with the box.
