Channel 4 poor recordings

I recently upgraded our box from a Tivo to a V6, but since then have been unable to watch any recordings or time shift on certain channels (channel 4 primarily). The entire recording is ‘jittery’ so you can’t watch it. Other channels are fine, and live tv is fine Any ideas why and how I can fix this please?

C4 SD or C4 HD?

How about if you're watching live but pause/rewind?

And it's basic, but have you restarted the box?
