Hi is anyone else having problems with channel 167 TLC mine is really pixelated to the point it’s unwatchable I have a series link set up and I can’t watch any of my recordings. Help
Is watching the same channel also poor? If so, it would point at problems either with the incoming signal or your box - the resolution is the same in either case. Reboot your box to eliminate gremlins, and if problems persist then report your problem to VM.
If live TV isn't affected, then it could indicate a problem with your hard-drive.

Channel 167 still pixelating ,worse now more than ever . Don't think it's a tivo problem , think its the main box in the street as a couple of other channels also pixelate but not as bad as 167. Watching Netflix programs the picture is crystal sharp , so eliminates a tv problem .Trying to contact Virgin is a nightmare , can never get through to speak to anyone , quite frustrating .
I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone
Can you please let me know how the visit goes

Engineers came out a couple of weeks ago and they have decided a new cable to the house is required. Coming out tomorrow to fix. Reckons will have no more trouble after that
Thanks for your help in this matter, will let you know how it goes.
Everything seems to be OK at the moment, high quality picture on all channels. Disappointed that engineer promised to come and repair patio that was dug up to install new cable and refix the outside box , that is , at the moment hanging off the wall exposing the wiring to the elements. I fear it won't be long before picture starts to deteriorate again if this issue is not resolved and the whole process will start again .
Hopefully you can speak to someone and get this resolved .
