Changed package - added movies but still not available

I have changed my package to add movies, rebooted and turned off V6 box. But sky movies are still not available. I have received confirmation from webteam stating new package is now setup.

Try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels. 

Follow the on-screen prompts and see if this gets your correct channels.

I received the confirmation at 14:00, by 11pm sat night I managed to get all channels.

It seems to take up to 24 hours for automated upgrades - but is instant when to call for an upgrade.
