Re: Catch up

Are you using the ITV-Hub app specifically, or the (ITV Hub branded) OnDemand programs directly from the guide? If you're not sure, what menu options on your V6 are you choosing?

And what is happening when you're loading the program? If you can give details, we may be able to advise.

Re: Catch up

Doesn't matter which way I go into it ..it gets to the screen virgin logo appears then it freezes ..if express it forward then try it says check ''service status'' which is all OK ..Maybe wait on Virgin to get back now I finally got through ..so two days wait for them to come back.

Re: Catch up

TV is LG 4K ..even via web it goes back to virgin and hangs, so its the virgin interface not the TV I would think.

Re: Catch up

Yes discovered the port makes a difference, until now it worked fine ! So reconnected to HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2. Seems to be fine now.

Wonder why Virgin two days ago didn't mention it, when/if they call it appears fixed ..

Thanks for tip on TV that led me to look and change ports
