Hi. We have received a new box and can no longer watch any catch up programs. We get an error message V202 service unavailable please try again.
I have tried re booting and going through the setting and re starting the box.
is there anything else I can do without being on hold for 2 hours on the phone ?
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/v202 this can often be caused by a service fault somewhere.
Try calling 0800 5610061 (automated service) and see if anything's listed.

@Tracy10 did you manage to sort the V202 error out ? If so how ? I’m having nightmare with it.
No still having issues with it on and off , its quite annoying, we tried the reboot and it worked the first time but seems every other day we get that happening when we try to watch something but then it's ok 1/2 days later .

I've also run a remote diagnostics and was not able to identify any issues from here.
