Catch up tv.

Why cant I get catch up tv. All I get is an error code and try again later. Also I cant seem to get onto any virgin help website pages.

Tivo box is new as original was faulty. 

Can someone advise please?

Is this a TiVo or a v6? If you're not sure, check here

Hi it is a very box and the error code is V202.

I have tried going on to virgin check service status however all I get is web page not found.

What's a very box?

Try calling 0800 5610061 which often lists faults down to street/postcode level.

We have had the problem for the last 5 days. Ringing Virgin the automated tests are showing no local issues or issues with the equipment.

If nothing's picked up by the automated fault system, I'd personally call through and speak to a faults agent. It could be something very specific to you, or it could be something's awry.
