I'm having a problem watching catch up on all4 HD. It says on the menu that it's included in my package and that I'm subscribed, but when I try and watch a program it gets to the end of the adverts then freezes.
Are you watching on a 4K UHD TV by any chance?

You may need to reboot your box after changing the video output settings.
