Catch up problem

I'm having a problem watching catch up on all4 HD. It says on the menu that it's included in my package and that I'm subscribed, but when I try and watch a program it gets to the end of the adverts then freezes.

Are you watching on a 4K UHD TV by any chance?

If you are... disregard the lack of an error message and follow the suggestions in... https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/604 

You may need to reboot your box after changing the video output settings.
