Sorry to see you're having a blurry picture on Catch Up. We would need some more information regarding this, firstly - is this issue still effecting you?
Can you tell me if this has been cited as an outage on our Service Status Checker - virg.in/service
We'd also be intrigued to know if you can advise us on which Catch Up services this is effecting, is it BBC, ITV etc..or do you experience this over all platforms? Are there any particular shows that this has been effecting?
It would also be worth making sure that all connections running to and from the set top box are tightly secured and if you're able to, use an Ethernet cable to connect to the broadband services as this will offer a more stable connection than Wi-Fi
Further information would be most helpful in attempting to diagnose the problem
