My “Catch Up” is suddenly not available. Quoted code A01. What do I need to do ?

I think you have a V6 box and have posted on the 360 board. I am sure someone will move this to the V6 board for you.

Have you been able to check on the above link already? Does the issue continue after a full reboot of your box?
