I just need to ask you a few questions first of all 

Can you please check the resolution the V6 is being broadcasting at 

On the Remote just press 

Home 

Help and Settings 

Settings

Video Output

Just make sure it is the same resolution as the TV you have

All seems correct. Set to 1080p as per the TV. All live viewing and recordings playback in great quality. This issue is exclusive to catch up programs.

Hi

Curious to know why you left Sky as I am a bit fed up with Virgin and beginning to consider jumping ship though feel perhaps there is some effort required on my part to improve things.
