Cannot watch recordings from C4 HD

My other half has recordings from C4 HD on our V6 box. When she goes to watch them it tells us we need a subscription to watch, yet we have access to and can watch C4 HD with no problems. 

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @Fivethumbs 

That issue was affecting a number of users and was fixed a couple of days ago. VM sent a signal to reboot some boxes. If you are still suffering from that then you should reboot your V6 box.
