Oh Virgin! Why is everything on your site or via phone designed to frustrate and anger your customers. I had an issue last week that has been resolved after multiple phone calls and a couple of posts on here ( which just sent me around in circles again)
I have had a text to cancel the engineer visit I had booked. The link takes me straight to the "check status " page not to the cancellation page.
FGS all I want to do is cancel the engineer before I am charged £25 quid.
I cannot wait for my contract to be up so I can change to a provider with easy access when you have a problem.

Hey Virgin Media
I also want to cancel an engineer appointment scehduled for this Wednesday.
And I've just wasted about one hour of my time going round in circles on the mobile app and on my PC trying to figute out how to do this. Your instructions are hopeless.
If you charge me £25 for a wasted visit then I'll be charging you for my time at my standard hourly business rate, and it will be a lot more than £25 !
So, how do I cancel?

Why has the original post by Martin00 be marked as “answered”, when it clearly has not been?

Because @Martin00 has clicked the "Mark as helpful answer".
I could suggest that the second post in this thread, from @cj1739 would have been much better off in a new thread rather than adding "me too" to someone else's 😉
