Hi, yes sorry, the TV working fine but can't use TV guide, get M58 error. Turns out I had moved the TiVo box over a month ago and the ethernet connection had popped out so disconnected for > 30days appears to be why I am getting the error. But reconnecting, restarting etc all not working. In another post someone said you need to call Virgin Media to reactivate the box. Lines are busy and that seem strange that I would need to call to reactivate. Thanks.
