Can't order replacement remote

I've been trying to order a replacement for my non-functioning remote through the VM website, but I keep getting an error message saying try again. Has anyone managed to get a new remote this way?

Hi @raymartin01 

I usually find that I get these errors when using Chrome, and that either using an incognito window or a different browser works.
