Can't order a replacement remote control

The buttons on the left hand side of my remote control have stopped working, tried reset/repair nothing helped, trying to order a replacement but keep getting a fault message and try again

If the online help isn't working then quickest way to get a remote would be to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.

So received an empty envelope this morning, seems somebody forgot to put a new remote in the envelope.
