Although I have accounts with both Amazon Prime and Netflix, I can't get them to work on my V6 box. They work ok on my smart TV.

A message eventually comes up saying, 'this programme is currently unavailable, please try again later.' Also I am unable to get on demand channels, the same message comes up. I think an error code of 803 also comes up.
Is the error 603?
