I have a new V6 box and am unable to open any apps on my TV. When I select eg Netflix or iPlayer the screen says One moment and then goes momentarily black and then returns to the screen showing all the apps. I am new to Virgin. Please help!
I haven't tried viewing On Demand programmes. I tried again with the apps this morning and I was briefly able to get onto Netflix once but not onto iPlayer or ITV Hub and then when I tried Netflix again it failed.
Rather a late response apologies. Just to let you know what happened, I switched everything on and off again and then entirely lost the internet connection. Eventually I discovered the reset hole on the back which I then did and that worked. It all seems normal now.
