Before responding to this one, I checked in with our TV specialists. They've confirmed with me that this is indeed the case as the episodes have been available since August and have reached the end of their time on our platform.
However, I'm more than happy to get back in touch with your comments and let you know the response.
I did pass on the responses from both Ernie and bookworm to the specialist I was in touch with. He's reached out to our dedicated Sky liaison who has confirmed that these episodes were correctly removed at the appropriate time. We received and uploaded the full boxset before the episodes were aired live, hence them being removed before the run has finished - the same amount of time has elapsed but from a different starting date.
He's also advised that the full boxset will be available once more from 13/12/19. I'd recommend recording these as soon as they go live so you don't miss out again.
Despite what you correctly say about this series being available as a boxset from the start of the series, @Rachael_F , I believe the general agreement between Virgin Media and Sky for Catch Up for current series should see episodes continue to be available for 30 days from air date of each episode.

As advised above, I have clarified this with our TV people who have also confirmed the same with our dedicated Sky support team. I'm afraid that these episodes are no longer available on our platform for the time being, and the removal of this content was advised in advance.
I can appreciate the frustration this may cause, but I'm afraid that all action taken was in line with the relevant agreements and licensing.
I have been trying to watch Manifest Episodes 13 -16 for the last 4 weeks but they have been unavailable for no reason. The fault lies your side so can you please make these available again so we can finish watching the series. It's completely unacceptable for it just to disappear having been unavailable to watch for weeks. Is this how you treat your customers?
