C133

Hello,

Is anyone having issues watching shows or accessing apps?

I have tried rebooting, unplugging, trouble shooting etc but not havingany luck.

I see an error code C133. Is that the same for everyone or just my box? 

I had issues yesterday too

Hi that code is related to your internet connection, I take it you have a V6 box. Regards Micky

Yes I have the V6 box. I'm hoping it's not just me and the issue will be resolved soon.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our forums page.

Very sorry to hear you have been getting this error message. Are you still experiencing this issue?

If you are, please can you turn off both your hub and your V6 box. Turn the hub back on first and wait for this to fully reboot, once this is back online, turn the V6 box back on and let us know if you are still experiencing the error message.
