Hi, I'm getting consistent C130 error messages. Have reset, and rebooted the V6 box numerous times. The check service' section of my account isn't working. have irate kids who can't watch the football on BT sports. What's going on?

If you've already rebooted the V6 can you try be below steps if you're still experiencing some issues:
Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
