C119 help

Had my equipment installed today, Broadband working fine.  Engineer had problems with TV set up said it was down time be back on for three told me what to do. 

Tried several time and Still no joy keep getting Network error C119 

Not a good start. 

Unsure what to do tried the engineer and he said its still down time REALLY !!??

We are exactly the same. I called up and was told it would be atleast 24 hours - 48 hours. Ridiculous.

How stupid changed Cause I was convinced we would get a much better Service than sky . Hmmm don't think so be going back at this rate  ,

I have already told them if it doesn't work tomorrow, I will just cancel and book sky to fit next week.

Just not good enough is it. I notice we're not the only ones,

I'd at least expect someone to let us know what going on here ...it really doesn't look good .

If you check your Service Status page it's a Nationsl Issue.

It wasn't showing as that on my page it kept saying no problems .

Finally came on about 2am NO I didn't sit up all night , I'm unwell and get up serveral times a night , TV is my company in the wee small hours .

Can someone from Virgin help! I have noticed an error code of c119 upon setting up Virgin. What concerns me is I was told it should only be an hours issue but it is now 11 hours later, several reboots and still nothing. This is not a recent issue as I am seeing posts backdating from January! This is not a good start and as I Foster carer I depend hugely on Internet. Frustrated doesn't even cover it right now!

Any advice ASAP would be great.
