Buffering

I have a V6 box and a 360 Box, whenever I try to watch seed recording I constantly get buffering making it impossible to watch. I did not have buffering with TIVO box and it is now making viewing impossible I was told to download and pause other uses however, this makes no difference. Is there a solution or has anyone else experienced this

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue with buffering. 

 

Are there any known faults listed on our Service Status that could explain this?

 

Is it all recordings or certain ones and how is the box connected?
