I had virgin installed 17th April. On my normal box and multiroom box my rocordings buffer alot and I know of a friend with the same issue. I've reset box etc and still no change. Anyone else have this problem. Its really annoying switching to virgin to then have issues which I enver had before with other TV supplier
Firstly, which boxes do you have? Is it a V360 or V6? If you're not sure, check here
When you say your recordings buffer, do you mean when you're watching them on a different box to what they were recorded on? There's no reason why watching a recorded programme on the same box it was recorded, should buffer.
On the box that's buffering... can you view OnDemand programmes ok? And how is it connected to your homehub?
