Buffering watching Sky film past 4 / 5 days?

500Mb link

TV Box Link shows 99% so connection appears to be good.

Issue is noticed as sound drops and then buffering circle of dots in centre of screen

Really spoils what you are watching

All kit including tvs have been powered off /on

Virgin status is showing as Normal on the website.

But when I run the Virgin Test diagnostics it says something is wrong.

Internet speed has dropped to between 128/228mb tested on a wired connection

I have tried to contact virgin and left an email but no response.

Is it just me experiencing this ?

  • its now failed .... 

Tried to attach picture of virgin  message on screen.

"Show is temporarily unavailable"

38mins into the film.

Also has a code bottom right 602 ?

The Fix
Throw away electric eating Virgin Powerline Adapters
Disable Virgin WI-FI
Purchase and Install Mesh Kit. (Max 20 minutes to set it all up and configure)
No more issues.
