TV Box Link shows 99% so connection appears to be good.
Issue is noticed as sound drops and then buffering circle of dots in centre of screen
Really spoils what you are watching
All kit including tvs have been powered off /on
Virgin status is showing as Normal on the website.
But when I run the Virgin Test diagnostics it says something is wrong.
Internet speed has dropped to between 128/228mb tested on a wired connection
I have tried to contact virgin and left an email but no response.
Is it just me experiencing this ?

Tried to attach picture of virgin message on screen.
"Show is temporarily unavailable"
38mins into the film.
Also has a code bottom right 602 ?
