Hello I purchased chris eubank Jr pay per view on BT sport through virgin and I was given a black screen with white border I just assumed I wasn't charged and it didn't work then my bill was produced and I had been charged 

I've just attempted to pre purchase tommy fury jake paul using same method and I'm given the same screen 

I called customer service and spent 1 hour on the phone and was told its an outage snr outage and once the outage is done I can call for a refund 

Doesn't make any sense everything is working fine except for this issue I've got purchasing live events and viewing them just wondering if anyone is having the same problem or know of anyway I can fix it thanks

I am sorry for the issues you experienced with your PPV. 

I have checked our systems and there's currently no outage showing in your area.

Was any error messages displayed when trying to access the events?

To clarify, everything else with your service was working okay?
