You can call them up and they can book a replacement and tell you if there are any charges
There is no option to tell them online or over the phone they just go to dead ends and it's some of the worst customer support services I've ever used
Unfortunately you do need to contact the TV Faults department.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2, Faults, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
When you do call you will have to go through a series of tests, but if you call again around 10 minutes then the call should be picked up by an agent.
