I am having serious speed issues with my connection. I am on the 200 Mb/s "service" but in the last week it has been unusable with speeds of only 5Mb/s down and around 0.45 Mb/s up.
This happens regardless of if I connect directly to the router using cable or Wifi.
I used to use the Hub3 in modem mode but I reset everything to try and resolve the issue, still not luck.
Any help would be appreciated, as I can't work from home with a connection like this.
Service status page say nothing is wrong in my area.

However a quick look at your stats shows the power levels on your upstream channels are too high and will probably require an engineer to look at it.
