Brand new v6 - cannot access Catch Up, On Demand or Apps
Received and installed a new V6 box last night - 25 November - replacing a Tivo. Installation was straightforward but although I can search and choose programmes in Catch Up and On Demand they will not play and return to the selection screen. The same thing happens with Apps.
ps I attempted to pair my remote control to my TV but the menu to do this in Help and Settings just doesn't seem to be available!

Since your last reply I ran a (long) network cable between the Hub and the V6 but this made no difference. Strangely however I can now access the ITV Hub without problem but the others still refuse to connect.
