Brand new v6 box stuck on starting up

Hi

My V6 box arrived yesterday, and I replaced my existing box without issue. Today however, it seems to be stuck “starting up...”

I’ve searched the forums, but can’t see a DIY fix.

Having a similar problem.  Box just keeps restarting constantly.  Been on hold for 40 mins.  Now given up as closes at 8 😞

Hi did you ring the activation number that came with the box, the number is 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of your box to hand. Regards Micky

I'm sorry for the late reply, I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, however the box is showing as unreachable and I'm unable to run diagnostics on it.

 

Are you still having issues with it?
