Box won’t verify v6

everything is done apart from verifying! Very annoying & can’t set this thing up without going past this step!! 

havent got cable long enough to plug into v6 box from hub so it is connected via WiFi. Saying all systems ready to go apart from when it try’s to verify! Please help

If this is a new installation then you may need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

Have you got the white coax cable plugged into the back of the V6 properly? Make sure all the connectors are tight.
