Box requires random reboots to watch On-Demand

Please help stop me from going insane. Been trying to watch content on Sky One on-demand and after a few episodes, it plays the advert before the next episode and then tells us there was a problem and cannot play. So, i decided to give up, thinking it is Sky, but then go to the guide to use Netflix - STV not playing in the top right and Netflix will just not even try to load. So, another 5 minute reboot.

Surely this is not happening to all?

Are you watching on a 4K UHD TV?

And/or a Samsung TV?

If you drop your video output to 1080 (allowing the TV to upscale to 2160), for elimination if nothing else, does this stop the errors?

Does the reboot always resolve the "unable to watch" errors.

If the answer to either of these is "yes", then it could be an HDCP issue.
