Box not loading

I’ve turned my box on from standby mode and nothing is working.

I’ve checked service status and it’s saying everything is fine so I followed the repair steps (power off router & box etc) but it loads as far as the Welcome Screen for about 10 minutes then finally the Please wait screen before going to a blank screen and the light on the front of the box is now an orangey colour.

Anyone have any ideas before I call VM when the lines open at 8?
