Box keeps rebooting

Our 2nd box was rebooting every few minutes. I arranged an engineer visit and they replaced the power cable, we left the box on and all appeared fine. However, it is still rebooting itself, it just seems to last for maybe around 20 minutes before it does. Has happened whilst watching live tv and catch-up/apps. Could I please have a replacement box sent out as clearly this one is faulty?

You're best off calling VM Faults to report this. Staff do respond to these boards, but it's currently taking upto a week.
