Box fault

Been unable to watch the latest episode of forged in fire on my v6 box so I ran a check on the website for a problem with my box and it came back with a issue with my box and to phone the number provided. I did this and was told there was a problem with the “frequency “ in my box he did something is end told me to reset my box ( which I had done 3 times already ) and this did nothing he then said I’d get a call back from the “IT” department within 24hrs well it’s well over that and guess what no call back website still says I have a box fault and I’m starting to get very annoyed with the crappy customer service I get on the telephone so I thought I’d post this here to see if I can get some help thanks.

I'm really sorry you've not heard back regarding the fault with your box, I can appreciate you're keen to get it sorted.
