I am very sorry to hear some of your recordings have gone from the box, this does sound very strange. 

Are new recordings appearing in your list without problems? Also, are the recordings for any specific channel or different ones please?

Recordings are happening OK at the moment, although we are watching and deleting at the moment. 

The box is still at 8% though, so it may be that it is recording but deleting some of the kids stuff in those folders (there are a lot of short programmes in their like manyany paw patrols and so on) 

No it wasn't a specific channel it was a wide selection.

It is like we lost 92% of the hard drive capacity.
